The Social Welfare Centre is managed by Horden Parish Council. It is run as a community building with various bookings on throughout the week. The centre is available to hire for meetings/conferences and is an ideal location to celebrate any occasion. Accessible premises include wheelchair access, lift facility and disabled toilet.
Rooms currently available:
Mary Clark Room: Based on the ground floor can accommodate up to 90 people.
Elizabeth Wood Room: Based on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 15 people.
